LIV golfer Phil Mickelson has announced a rematch with Grant Horvat, scheduled for Tuesday, November 26. The $300 million golfer is eager to settle the score this time.

Mickelson, a 45-time PGA Tour winner with six Major championships, now competes on the Saudi-backed circuit and leads HyFlyers GC. Grant Horvat, a popular golf content creator, boasts over 907K subscribers on YouTube. Besides Mickelson, he has also shot with the likes of Bryson DeChambeau, Jon Rahm, and Sergio Garcia.

On Sunday, November 24, Mickelson shared the update about the highly anticipated rematch with Horvat.

“Tomorrow at 12PM EST: The rematch with Grant Horvat,” he wrote on Instagram. “Time to settle the score!”

Mickelson and Horvat faced off four months ago, with the popular golf content creator starting at 5-under. While the six-time Major champion shot an even-par 72, Horvat carded a 3-over 75. However, with his 5-under starting advantage, Horvat won the challenge by two strokes.

How did Phil Mickelson perform in the LIV Golf 2024 season?

Phil Mickelson had another underwhelming season on LIV Golf, going winless for the third consecutive year. His T6 finish at Jeddah was his best result this season and marked only his third top-10 finish in the LIV Golf circuit.

Mickelson has not won a title since his 2021 PGA Championship triumph, where he became the oldest Major champion with a two-shot victory over Brooks Koepka and Louis Oosthuizen.
