The hat worn by golfer Scottie Scheffler on the day he was arrested outside Valhalla Golf Club during the PGA Championship was sold in a charity auction.

The hat that he wore during the PGA Championship second round was autographed and donated by Scheffler and put up for auction.

He can be seen wearing it during the second round in the player above.

It ended up selling for $2,375.

Proceeds from the sell went to Kids Cancer Alliance Concert for a Cause which happened Saturday at the Louisville downtown Marriott.

The auction lot also came with three golf balls signed by Scheffler and a certificate of authenticity.

Louisville Metro Police Department arrested Scheffler on May 17 after an officer said he disobeyed traffic orders and dragged Det. Bryan Gillis.
