A Consistent Workout Regimen
This wasn’t the first time Hull showcased her dedication to fitness. On January 29, she shared another Instagram story, donning fluorescent gym wear while working out. Her caption detailed a grueling ski threshold workout:

“Ski thresholds, 5 min warm-up jog, 5 x 3 mins at 2.20-2.25 pace, 40 sec rest between. 5 min cool down jog then as many rounds as possible in 40 mins: 40 box jumps, 30 dumbbell snatches, 20 walking lunges (10-15 kg), 10 burpees. (Got 5 rounds in.)”

Just days before, on January 26, Hull shared yet another fitness update, highlighting her Saturday thresholds workout:

“Jog warm-up: 9.5 kph for 10 mins, 14 x 2 mins at 11.8 kph with 24-sec rest, jog 9.5 kph for 10-min cool down. Row thresholds ✅, Jog 5 mins, Row 14 x 1.30 min, 20-sec rest, pace 2.15, Jog 5 mins.”

With her intense training sessions, Hull continues to prove that her dedication to fitness is just as strong as her game on the golf course.
