Golf fans react to wild Charley Hull update ahead of new boyfriend trip to Europe

English golf superstar Charley Hull has opted for a dramatic new look following the end of the LPGA season and golf fans have mixed views about it.

England’s Charley Hull has opted for a radical new look following the end of the LPGA season and it’s fair to say golf fans are having very mixed views about it to say the least. 

Hull, 28, took to her Instagram Story over the weekend to show she had gone from blonde to black.

Despite very much looking like it was a black wig, some fans thought the black dye had come out.

Either way, it’s got everyone talking on social media.

‘I’m defo a blonde,’ joked Hull on her latest Instagram Story photo.

Hull finished her season with a T16 at CME Group Tour Championship last week.

Although she failed to win on the LPGA in 2024, Hull did land her first victory around the world in more than two years at the Aramco Team Series Riyadh in Saudi Arabia on the Ladies European Tour.

Hull ends the season at 11th in the Rolex World Rankings.

Many consider Hull is the best player in the game right now without a major to her name heading into the 2025 season.

She has three times finished runner-up in the majors (Chevon 2016, US Women’s Open 2023, AIG Women’s Open 2023).

After competing in the CME last weekend, the English superstar admitted she was going to jet off around Europe with her new boyfriend before Christmas.

Their trip got extended after Hull made a certain amount of birdies during The Annika, the final regular season event on the LPGA.

Hull had a bet with boyfriend that they would extend their holiday by an extra day for every five birdies she made during The ANNIKA.

She made 20 birdies in total over 72 holes, so that’s an extra four days holiday for the happy couple next month.

Hull went on to finish T2 behind runaway World No.1 Nelly Korda.

That marked Korda’s seventh win of 2024.

Hull’s boyfriend is unknown at the moment.

She was previously dating Gaz Beadle from Geordie Shore.

Hull was married to MMA fighter Ozzie Smith but that ended in divorce in 2019.
