No, Rickie Fowler is not at risk of losing his PGA Tour card. With four tournaments to go, Fowler is positioned 108th in the FedExCup Fall standings. The top 125 players will maintain their PGA Tour card for the next season.

Even if Rickie Fowler slips outside 125 in the standings, he already has an exemption to next year’s PGA Tour season due to his win at the 2023 Mortgage Classic. However, a win in the remaining four FedExCup Fall events will earn him entry to the signature events like the 2025 Players Championship, the Arnold Palmer Invitational, and the Memorial Tournament.

Fowler tied for 23rd in the recently concluded Shriners Children’s Open. In the pre-tournament press conference, he said (via ASAP Sports)

“Making sure that I stay inside the top 125, you know, so I’m in The PLAYERS and some other events. And being that I won last year, not necessarily having to worry about too much. I’ll be okay regardless for next year.”

Fowler finished 16th in the FedExCup standings last year and said he wants to return to playing ‘good golf’ after an underwhelming year, where he’s yet to finish within the top ten of any tournament.“Playing well; winning is a big bonus. So I think trying to get too caught up in the numbers trying to break it down and figure out what you might need to do, you can get lost in that a bit. Go play good golf and the rest will take care of itself,” he added.

Rickie Fowler gained the PGA Tour card in 2010. Since then, the 35-year-old has played 344 events and made cuts in 265 of them. He has had six wins, 15 runner-up finishes, and 82 top-10 finishes and has an official earnings of $50,287,281 on the Tour.
