Lexi Thompson, a professional golfer and recent Solheim Cup winner, is taking her passion for fitness to a new level with the launch of her fitness app. In August, Thompson shared the exciting news on Instagram, captioning, “The time is finally here! So excited to share the Lexi Fitness app with you 👊🏼.” Beyond her golf career, Thompson stays fit by incorporating workouts like weight training, stationary biking, and lunges into her routine, and she’s eager to help others achieve their fitness goals through her app.

Golf is the main way Thompson stays fit. She shared this post on Instagram of her experience at the Solheim Cup. Thompson captioned it, “So proud of this team! Such great golf played by both sides, this week is always a special week for womens golf and truly shows the talent and passion we all have! Thank YOU to the Solheim family for making this incredible event possible, the volunteers, and the FANS for the cheers out there and all making this possible . Some of my most memorable moments in my career are from the @thesolheimcup and I’m so grateful I was part of this team representing my country for my 7th time under my captain Stacey Lewis, a player I’ve always looked up to. She Loves Peanut Butter & Banana Sandwiches

Thompson revealed in an interview with Golf Digest that she likes to eat peanut butter and banana sandwiches while playing golf, and explained why. “I noticed my hands were shaking during rounds, so I called Tiger and he asked what I eat on-course. He said to add these peanut-butter-and-banana sandwiches on wheat bread. I eat half of one every three holes to keep my energy constant.”
