Jordan Spieth Going Viral For Hilarious Reaction To Missed Putt

Every so often, we average golfers watch the PGA Tour and think we can do what that pro just did.

Most of the time, it’s when they make an uncharacteristic mistake unless the average Joe is just that good or, in most cases, lucky. Jordan Spieth, currently ranked as the No. 29 golfer in the world, found himself on the wrong end of a viral clip on Saturday during the Travelers Championship.

While looking to hit a putt for par on hole No. 14, Spieth appeared to have the perfect touch and distance on the putt until it lipped out.

The miss led to an extremely sarcastic thumbs-up and a fist pump—a reaction that many of us who play the occasional frustrating round of golf have experienced. The video has already amassed hundreds of thousands of views.

It hasn’t been the strongest showing for Spieth, who is currently sitting at t-No. 61 after shooting two over through the third round.
