This development comes just days after Badosa’s loss to Coco Gauff in the round of 16 at the Italian Open. Tsitsipas, meanwhile, reached the quarter-finals but was defeated by Nicholas Jarry.

Badosa officially announced their breakup on Instagram, stating, “After careful consideration and many cherished moments together, Stefanos and I have decided to amicably part ways.
