WATCH: Alexis Ohanian mocks, “Serena Williams’ dance moves is unprofessional”

After Serena Williams’ husband Alexis Ohanian called the tennis icon “unprofessional” as a result of seeing his wife dancing solo on the streets of New York Instagram, fans started to react in very different ways.

During a dress rehearsal event at the New York Fashion Week, Serena Williams started to dance spontaneously probably because she was not included in the rehearsal but her husband described the moment as being “unprofessional.”

“When Lil Nas X calls you for dress rehearsal but you didn’t make the cut,” Serena Williams captioned the video. Serena’s husband Alexis Ohanian commented: “Unprofessional.”

Some thought that Alexis was joking. “It’s a joke dum dum,” a fan said. Yet, some took the comment seriously and jumped on Serena’s defence.

“Divorce this clown,” a fan said. “She’s not at work or in a professional setting.” “I think people forget that celebrities are people too! She’s a wife and a mother but before all of that, she is @serenawilliams regardless of whether this was a joke or not she is not harming or offending anyone. She is also creating content for her page, she didn’t twerk or do anything to dishonour her family,” another fan said.

“She’s been professional (and working) most of her childhood and all of her adult life. She’s retired now. Can she have a little fun?” another follower said.

We always knew Serena Williams was a winner on the tennis court, but in her latest cover shoot for Fitness magazine, the sporty star proves she’s on top of her game in more ways than one.

The accomplished athlete, who also runs, bikes, dances and practices yoga to stay in shape, stripped down for a beach photo shoot for the magazine looking drop-dead gorgeous.

Williams modelled skimpy cutout swimsuits for the editorial spread, flaunting her strong athleticism and killer curves. “When I was young I thought I should be built more like an athlete—long and lean—not with a womanly figure.

But then people my age started coming up to me and saying, ‘I love you because of the way you look.’ That was motivating,” she said in the interview.
